Anker 337 powerbank (powercore 26K)

This review is not going to look at the advantages of one powerbank over another as the Anker 337 is the only one I have experience with. I am only looking at the value of carrying and using this piece of equipment.

I have carried this on several multi-day camping trips and have found it invaluable and well worth the 75g, (including adapter for my camera battery and cables for my phone), it weighs. A full charge on the powerbank will re-charge my phone four or five times and I can charge my camera battery as well as the phone overnight.

I tend to camp in sites where I have access to 13amp sockets so charging the powerbank ovenight will give me four or five days use before it needs topping up again. This is useful for nights wild camping when I have no way of charging my phone.

The charging block comes in a handy case which is big enough to hold the adapters, cables and spare battery I need and with measurements of 20cm x 6cm x 9cm fits easily in a pannier.
